BR: 1-5 A rat for mouse

Everyone was a bit scared of Mouse's rat. They thought he was fierce and dangerous. But Mouse adored him.

I read A rat for Mouse. This is a story about a boy and a rat. One day, Mr Macdonald who is Mouse's father took Mouse to the pet shop. They looked a lot of animals for example fish, birds and so on. After all, they chose a rat. But the rat was a one-person pet. He would love his owner an never hurt him, but he would probabry not let other people pick him up. One day, when the friends were watching TV, Ricky which is a rat took Ben's biscuit. Without thinking, Ben made a grab for him. The rat spun round and sank his teeth into Ben'S finger. Ben let out a yell. Mouse's mother and sister blamed him. But Ben didn't blame him.
I was impressed this portion. Ben is very good person. I think they had good relaition. Also, I think that Mouse and Ricky had good relation too.

BR1-4: Egyptian Adventure

I read Egyptian adventure. This is a story about adventure of children and a dog. First, the children make a pyramid's model. They finished a making model. They called Mum and Floppy which is a dog. Suddenly the magic key began to glow. They backed to Ancient Egypt. They saw pyramids. Then Floppy took for king's place. Many people pray for Floppy. The children upset. And then a man said "You all look strong," "You can work here." The children work hard here. Floppy came back for children they could came back present age. If I could go to Ancient Egypt, I want to work them. I want to make pyramid.

My weekend

This weekend, I wnt to Kagoshima with my boyfriend. Why we went to Kagoshima, because my birthday will coming soon. This trip is my birthday present to my boyfriend. We went to Kagoshima for the first time. We went to Kagoshima central station, Tenmonkan-tori, Ibusuki and so on. When we arrive at Kagoshima, we were impressed. Kagoshima station has Kanransya and big building. And then we walked Tenmonkan-tori. We ate Yakiniku for lunch. It was delicious. Also, we ate Shirokuma which is famous sweet all over the Japan. It was delicious too. After we went to hotel. We took a rest there. At 8:00, we went to restaurant for eat dinner. We ate black pork, raw chicken, raw fishes and so on.

BR 1-3: Time travel: ship ahoy!

'The world biggest passenger ship hit an iceberg yesterday. More than 1500 people died when the ship sank. The ship was on its way from England to America.'

  I read the Thomson nelson version of Time travel: ship ahoy! This is the story about the travel of the two kids. The children have a time machine inside a tree trunk at the bottom of their garden. One day, they arrived the ship in the port. The time which they visit is somewhat like ancient time. Also, they met a boy who is about to get on the big ship. They interfered with the boy taking a ship. After all the boy couldn't take a ship. In fact, the ship is Titanic. I was surprised to know the end. Although, this story did not understand whether it was a fact, possibly there was such a thing truly.

BR 1-2: The gingerbread man

"Stop!" shouted the little old woman. 

"Stop! Stop!" shouted the little old man.But the gingerbread man ran out of the house,singing.  

"Run, run, as fast as you can You can't catch me I'm the gingerbread man!"

I read the Usborn version of  The gingerbread man. This is the story about the little old woman, man, a gingerbread, some animals, children, a farmer. A little old woman and little old man lived at a farm. They were happy most of time. But they had no children. One day, the woman decided to make a gingerbraed man to don't feel lonely. But the ginerbread man ran away. He past a horse, cow, farmer and children. He came to a river but he couldn't cross the river. A fox saw him and said 'I'll take you across.' However, the fox wanted to eat him. Finally, the fox ate the ginger man. I think that this story is cruel. The gingerbread man is pitiful. But, he also had bad point. He didn't listened some address of little old woman, little old man, horse and so on. If he listen   them address, he might alive now. I want to know the story if the story carry on.

Speaking class 12.04.16

  Today's speaking class did some activities.
  First, we asked about fruits and vegetables. I found someone who didn't eat fruit or fruit product this morning. This person is Sakiko. I found someone who had been fruit picking. This person is Fumisa. She had picking strawberry at Aso. I found someone who can't has drink wine, beer and sake. Why she can't drink them because she is underage can drink alcohol. She is 19 years old now!! I found someone who had never eaten an exotic fruit. This pesrson is Iori. I found someone who has a fruit or vegetable she hates. This person is Chisato. She hates tomato, green peas and mango. I found someone who has a fruit or vegetable they love. This person is Eiko. She loves tomato and strawberry.
   Second, I diviced new fruits. It is tomapple. It is a combinetion of a tomato and an apple. It can eat raw. You can put into salad. This taste is sweet and fresh. You can eat easily. It is a good point. It is not fit for the dish which parboils. This is the bad point. But I would try tomapple.(193 words)

I read the Heinemann version of The sky's the limit. This story is modern life story. It is about a man who lost his job. But one day, he got a job. However, the work was begun and personal
character changed gradually. I think it seems that this tale expresses the present-day life. It was surprised that depression are drawn even into a picture-book.

New Zealand

This spring vacation, I went to New Zealand with KGU student. Why I went to New Zealand, because I joined homestay program.
This time is the first time to go to overseas for me. So I felt nervous before go to New Zealand. But actually I enjoyed this program.
I went to Unitec university for 3 weeks. I made many friends at there.I made Chinese, Korean, Arabian friends. I enjoyed communication of them. And I went to many seesight with KGU student. For example we went to musium, zoo, Waitomo, shopping mall, (94 words)

New Zealand Life 1

  Last month I went to New Zealand because I joined homestay program of Kumamoto Gakuen University. Why I participated in this program, there are some reasons. First I want to try something to big during spring vacation. Second, I want to improve my English ability to communicate foreigner. Third, I want to know the culuture of New Zealand. These are reason.
  March the 25, we leaved Japan. First, we went to Hong Kong from the Fukuoka international airport. It took about 3 hours from the Fukuoka international airport to Hong Kong. The Hong Kong airport was very large and we were excited wholly. And it changed at the Hong Kong airport and went toward Aukland airport. It took about 10 or 11 hours form Hong Kong airport to Aukland airport. It was so hard for me because I have never experienced such as long flight. The inside of beginning was cheerful to the in-flight meal and so on but, I became spare time gradually and I felt tired. I decided to sleep. However I could't go to sleep easily but I awoke every 30 minutes. After all a morning came I couldn't sleep well. And breakfast was carried soon. However, scince it hardly moved, I have been not hungry. Also I felt it bad smell. After all I didn't eat breakfast. And the long flight was finished and the Aukland airport was reached at the last.
